He has 12 years of IT experience as developer, lead developer, architect, framework designer, project designer, database designer and now as project manager with more than 15 project life cycles. Good client relationship management skill, interviewing skill, team management skill and facilitation skill are his positive.Anuradha Sathiyan is our Course Designer. She has close to 6 years of work experience in Software Development (Design and Development of Projects), Organizational Development, Implementation of Training Programs and Executive Coaching. She has trained on Communication skills, Presentation skills, Selling skills, Telephone Etiquette, Voice, Accent, Language Training & Team Building. She worked as an IT Analyst and trainer with TCS, Bangalore. She has conducted workshops at leading Engineering colleges. She has also handled feedback sessions in groups and on an individual basis.
