Mr.Ayyanar who told me that he would repair my Lenovo laptop and upgrade the windows since the boot time was a bit slow. He assured that he'll replace the CMOS battery as well and charged more money stating he'll come the next day to replace CMOS battery since he couldn't locate it's position in the laptop. He charged more money than we had agreed on sympathy ground's that due to Covid he has low business and doesn't have money to pay fees for his child and so on.. ultimately I have paid him more money 1000/- as he requested and chatted me for battery as well and it's been nearly 5 months he has not responded to my calls nor to messages in WhatsApp. windows upgradation is so hopeless, that it didn't work for a month as well. I'm really frustrated and truly he is a fraud. Request Sulekha to look into this and help me to repair my laptop or pay back the amount what I've paid this guy Ayyanar

My system was not working properly,so I went to this Service Centre.they checked out throughly and found the os was having the problem.so they reinstalled it out very quickly.service charge was below 1000 which was very modest price.now it is working very nicely.i am satisfied with their service
