Malhotra World Travels Connaught Place Delhi

PLS READ THE REVIEW !! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! WORST TRAVEL COMPANY EVER !! WORST DRIVER EVER !! We have booked tempo traveller for 7 persons and 2 infants from malhotra world travels from 4/6/17 to 11/6/17 after reading the reviews on trip advisor. But was surprised to know that the service given by MALHOTRA WORLD TRAVELS are exactly oppsite as they promised. Driver (Mr. Naseeruddin) was so unprofessional that he didn't know how to behave with tourists. I will review MALHOTRA WORLD TRAVELS in 3 parts. SERVICES VEHICLE EMPLOYEES AND DRIVER ATTITUDE. SERVICE:- As per our itinerary we have been provided with 1st two days of our tour (i.e, 5th and 6th of june) as sight seeing in nainital. But the travel company didn't even bother to inform us that tempo traveller is not allowed in city. We were stopped 11 kms away from the city on the day of arrival. and then we have to take another taxi to our hotel. And on 2nd and 3rd day we have to book taxi on our own expenses for local sight seeing. Driver didn't even touched our bags while arranging them in the back seats. VEHICLE:- As they have said in their confirmation mail that they will provide GOOD CONDITION VEHICLE , A LCD SCREEN , AN ICE BOX Now the real thing.. vehicle was of worst condition. Seats were torn and dirty. Flooring was dirty. LCD screen was not even opening. And u cant think to put anything (even ur shoes) in that ice box. AC vents were broken. U cant move them. Driver was not even cleaning the vehicle. Vehicle Reg Num is - DL 1 VA 9679 EMPLOYE AND DRIVER ATTITUDE :- Nightmare started at New Delhi Railway Station when driver made us walk with luggage and kids for nearly 1km for searching him. He didn't came to us but we went to him. Driver took 12.5 Hrs to reach nainital which is 270kms from delhi (30kms of ghaat) He also didn't know his way well. He took us 40kms on wrong road. We have to take help of GPS to reach the destination. Driver's language was very Rough. At the time of booking, payment slabs were decided like 50% (of 46000) at the time of starting the trip. Next 10000 after 2-3 days and remaining amount to be paid before 2days of trip ends. But after giving 22000 out of 46000 at delhi, driver again demanded 10000 on same day before reaching nainital. We called Mr. Sameer from malhotra travels and ask him what to do and he answered like .... "ab aap log aapas me dekh lo". So unprofessional. After reaching Ranikhet , like in 3rd day driver again demnded 7000. After some argument he called his boss and abused us( hindi gaali like MC & BC ) like they are not even asking me for food. (Food to driver was included in above cost )Although, we again gave him the money. We have paid almost 80% of total cost on 4th day of our tour and still 5 days were left. And we were not sure if driver will run away or what. After talking all these to Mr. Sameer, he advised me to file a case in consumer court against malhotra world travels if i think this is a harassment.

Malhotra World Travels has a very good and professional services. Driver was experienced and well spoken. Mr. Sonu himself is a gentleman and kind hearted so are his good services.
