I have taken consultancy services from Mansa associate and paid Rs 2000/- as advance in cash without receipt and Rs 9000/- vide cheque no 700193 in june 2019 I was send to many companies but no appointment letter was issued to me. I had requested company to refund Rs9000/- as per term and condition of contract from last two months but I am yet to receive any refund despite verbal assurance of waiting 10th of every month from last two months. Now I am left with no option but to report matter to consumer court . All others are advised to note these deficiency of service and further harrasment to customer being faced.
