Service Not Up to the Mark!, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Had entered into an agreement for hiring 24 hrs maid. He does not provide quality maids. The maids are raw and untrained. Most of them speak only their mother tongue. Not hygienic and healthy.
