They are unprofessional and waste of time people. They never have fix timing for classes. Sometimes you will have to wait for 1hr for the teacher to come or sometimes after waiting for 1hr they would tell teacher isn't coming as he has to go another institute or they'll give you some or the other excuses. They don't have any communication with the teachers so they are never certain about teachers availability. If you request them for setting up the time properly they will take you out of the institute without informing as what happened with me for 1.5mnths they kept on giving excuses later they told that teacher doesn't want to teach you when I asked the reason they said they don't know and they weren't even ready to share teacher's no. When I kept on bugging them and got angry one day then they said that they took me out of the institute because I had complained twice about timings. I asked for the refund of my registration amount of 500rs but they denied and said it's not refundable.
