These guys are selling sub standard stuff. I had bought 4 commercial coolers from them. The design of the coolers is faulty because the water falls on the motor and all the motors stopped working within a month. They are interested in taking only new orders and cheating people thereafter. After sales service is zero. Please do not buy anything from these people.

I had purchased 2 Mist Fans from Mist Magic.When I had purchased the fans Mr.Vivek told that if any problem arises within 1 year we will get it rectified on the site.After 2 months of usage the nozzle got chocked as a nut broke inside..I requested him and Ms.Manju to get it rectified but they told me to bring it their workshop in chattarpur as the service person can not come for such minor defects...Udit Chadha,Club Platinum Resort
