Their Administration section needs to be more professional and committed. Inordinate Delays are being observed during refund or recovery of excess amount paid and for claims in spite of follow ups . For each and every small information or decision making they tell they have to contact manager. I am yet to get my refund H R Ravindra Retd. Scientist. PPS, Gottigere.
