Charged Without Providing Service

Mr Kumar from your agency reached out to me on seeing my sulekha ad regarding elder care services. He offered service from Mother care and even sent a lady who would be available to provide the services. After payment of the advance money for 15 days service , I was informed that the lady is not available to offer the service. I requested a refund of the advance paid. Since then I have been requesting for a refund regularly but have failed to receive the same. They keep making promises of refunding the advance but hasn't done so till date. It has been 20 days days since payment of advance. I am not if this is a genuine company. Request you not to fall prey to the current ratings which seems to be given by mostly employees and friends.
