worst travel agency to plan your trip with. don't go even if they provide for free. we booked 2 Innova for Nagpur to kanha on 10th feb 2018. just saw online reviews and ratings and called mr. nandkishor for booking, he said we have professonal drives, excellent cars, our clients are big corporate house so we have good cars and services. i finallised 2 innova specially mention i want 7 seater car as we are group of 14 ppl. he confirmed that cars will be there on time. when we reached nagpur station he came 20 min late. one of the car was 6 seater instead of 7 as booked. other car was very old 2005 model and dirty. i called up nandkishor he said there is some misunderstanding and he will arrange another car for us in 15-20 min. i told him we have to reach kanha by 3.00 pm as we have our safari booked for evening.he wasted 2 hours but couldn't arrange 7 seater car, we adjusted but we missed our safari, driver were abusive and mr. nandkishore was just fine with all this things
