We aad asked for Kerala Sadya, and we received very non-tasty food and worst service. I would never recommend Nalanda Grand for any of my friends or family. though one of my family recommended another caterer for Kerala food, I took this deal by convinced with the conversation with Nalanda manager who gave lots of Gyan and lots of story about authentic and genuine food. They charged 16700 (556/serve) for 30 people for food, service (including chairs/tables for rent.) for 3 hours lunch function. I did a mistake, I would have tasted the food before I confirm these people. Very worst experience every I had for Kerala food The manager was able to convince me to approve the deal by saying they are bringing Kerala people to do same and they are costly and they will be doing the best and quality food, but the experience was opposite. Whatever they promised food was not provided Also, they didn’t bring payasam cups, they asked us to give the same. Also, they didn’t serve butter milk even they brought it.
