Hi Readers, <br/>All the positive review what r shown here, are paid. there is a company (Online Reputation Management) who r writing positive reviews for builder and thus misleading the public. They have copied & pasted the same text from mouthshut.com. so pls dont go by their positive reviews and do a bit research on your own. visit their projects, meet the owners, know their concerns and then decide. As long as i know the builder, they r in deep financial problems and have not paid salaries to their employees from 4-5 month in one stretch. by this u can imagine how strong they r financially & how they will keep their promise of delivering quality product on time. You can ask this agency if they have got paid for their reviews. lol

Basically I was from Delhi and for my job I shifted to Bangalore. I was living in rented house but as time went, its little bit difficult for us to manage with our guests and all. So I thought to buy a house and I searched and visited many sites and did not find a good home in budget. Lastly I contacted the broker, he suggested me a flat made by builder N.D developer, I visited the site and booked a flat and I liked the flat and plan. It’s always good to buy a flat rather than on rent.

I bought a 3 bhk flat in Bangalore by ND developers and it’s been 6 months that I am living here happily with my family. This was my first home buying experience so I was quite worried about making such huge investment. But all my worries got drained out, thanks to ND developers because they delivered almost what they promised at the time of signing the deal.

i have a flat in Nd Passion apartment on harlur road .builder had promised to give club house , children play area and lots of other amenities. Forgot about club house & other facilities they have not even installed electric meter in b block . common arer

I purchased a 3BHK flat from ND Developers last year. That was my first time of purchasing a house so I was afraid of committing any mistake. Then a friend told me about ND Developers project of ND passion. I searched everything about it online and booked a visit. I hardly saw any facilities that it provides at any other housing societies. The greenery around the flats and various community places that it offers like children’s play areas, tennis and basketball courts made me like the house at first sight.
