This guy took the money from us for 2 months and did not pay to the worker. He disappeared. He is not answering phone either to us or the person working at our home. The website netmaids.com no longer exists. Beware of this Unethical business

Worst service. They don?t want to process the refund because of bad comments. I have just shared my experience in there service so that you guys don?t fall in the same boat. I will be forced to take legal action. Please think twice before closing there service.

Worst service and response.. they have started a new way of cheating people in the name of advance for booking a maid they take ur money and then they won?t send the maid nor reply to our calls ? if u constantly keep trying they block you ? don?t trust them ? and pay advance? They ask to transfer the money to personal account of Mr. Karthik and when asked for refund, you have not transferred to company account and blame one another finally you won?t get ur money back

The service is pathetic. They had promise to send the maid and took an advance of ?5,000. There were 3 maids who had promised to come. One after an other promise. But nobody has turned up till date. It?s been more than 20 days and the refund also hasn?t been processed even after repeated follow ups. Strongly don?t recommend the service with them. You will fall under a trap.

We got good person who is taking care of my brother. The boy was very good and sincere thanks for every one.

I got house maid from netmaids. Com... Iam using their service from past 6 months.. My maid is really good at maintaining cleanliness in home... And sometimes she will helps in cooking also... I also referred this to many of my friends and colleagues.. They also hired good maids from netmaids... Super service...
