This shop on sarjapur road near the marathahalli sarjapur road junction is absolutely short on staff and cannot handle even a handful of customers. One sales person will talk to multiple customers and they will make you wait like crazy till you are given the product you asked for. I had a very bad experience recently where I had purchased aluminium shutter frames and had to wait for 2 days to be delivered (not delivery at site but at their shop premises) even though they had promised to deliver the very next day. On top of that we noticed 2 out of the 8 delivered were of different color. When asked to replace I was absolutely surprised to hear the owner's outrageous response to go to Lalbhag road and get the frames exchanged from the company themself as they dont have any role to play. After a heated argument they said they will get it from the company but again I will need to go their shop and collect it. Worst thing its already 2 days since this happened & I am yet to get the product
