In Jan 2022, I sent snacks parcel through Nilam Couriers to my son (student) in Canada. Nilam Courier’s owner is Gaurav Upadhyay made lots of promises while placing order with him. Afterwards he completely lied on the services. 1. He overcharged us. For 16 Kgs parcel, he charged for 20 kgs. 2.He promised the delivery within a week. But items reached to my son after 3 weeks. Most of the eatables were spoiled / became stale by then. Its afterwards understood from Invoice that Gaurav kept our parcel in his office for 6 days & then delivered to international carrier. Though Gaurav ensured us that entire delivery charges he collected from us But my son has to pay additional 17 CAD for the parcel. All these questions when we asked to Gaurav, he completely refused it & started argument. I have all the proofs of his statements and promises and arguments he done with us. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD PERSON AND HIS AGENCY. ITS NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY.
