I approached Oasis Manpower services (Parel East, Mumbai) seeking babysitting service for my twin baby boys. They charged me 10000 Rs. as their fees which is valid for 6 months only. We also finalized the caretaker. They are allowed to take 2 days leave in a month whereas mine was taking 3-4 days leave every month but I never refused as I needed her. Suddenly after completing 6 months she started showing her colors and started giving reasons that her daughter is not well and all and went on leave for 15 days. Later on I got to know that she is looking for another opportunity and planning to quit. So the bottom line is this agencies deploy the employees after taking a fees which is valid for 6 months and then after 6-7 month the respective person leaves the job and then the agency sends them to some other family. So they keep on getting the fees.....So please beware of them as I am the latest victim....
