I took their service for catheter replacement for my father.. Very prompt service ..but expensive compared to similar service provider.. Very poor quality job done , even they used best quality catheter along with accessories. It failed just after 2 days & I had to repeat the job thru other service provider.. They provided wrong reason for failure and when I challenged by providing picture of failed catheter, till then there was no response . Over all experience is too bad with this type of unreliable service provider
