Not satisfied with the service provided by Om Sai Tours & Travels, Ghatkopar West. I hired a Deluxe bus for the trip to Outstation, the AC condition was not good, music was not available and the driver behavior was not good. They charged me 25000 for the trip. the trip was for 4 days and 3 nights. This trip was not up to the expectation.

Rented the Bus for 3 days Outstation trip with a driver from Om Sai Tours & Travels Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. They had charged Rs 20000 excluding the toll and driver charges. The bus got punctured while on the trip but quickly they arranged another bus. The service was good and I'm fully happy with the service they had given us.

I didn't got good service from Om Sai Tours & Travels, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. Took 20 seaters AC minibus on rental from this travels for, within the city trip, overall we have traveled 120 km, they charged Rs. 10000 for one day. Their response was good, but the bus not in good condition as it produced too much noise also, the driving was very slow and we were unable to reach the destination in proper time. I'm not satisfied with their service.

As I need the bus to travel for outstation trip, I have approached this Om Sai Tours & Travels, Ghatkopar West .They have been very considerate to the customers, they provided good conditioned AC bus to us.The driver also very convenient to us and he is very friendly too, I am very happy with their service and he charged me around 6500. Overall the service was gratified.

We hired a bus rental from this Travels & Tours Om Sai Tours & Travels, This service is Excellent, This tour is only for the Within city trip, I preferred only Deluxe Bus and Non-Ac, We hired that bus rent for the only one day, The bus maintenance and driver drove the bus very smoothly with safe drive also, I paid 6000 for this one day of hire charges, I am mindfully satisfied.

Received Car rental services with driver on 11th june place uttan bhatia mother mary church morning to evening Through Samadhan Travels, Ghatkopar West.the driver was expert into driving.They charged me overall 3000.i am happy and satisfied with their service .
