I Booked an Classic 350 for a two day weekend trip outside the city. The vehicle was in good maintained condition. There was enough petrol to reach out to the nearest petrol pump where i filled the tank. The delivery guy was very polite. i reached a little late and i informed him before reaching and he helped me with the quick delivery

I booked an Avenger in Bangalore through ONN Bikes. When I went to pick up the bike from their station in Kormangla the overall process to issue the bike was quite streamlined just that they're pretty strict with documentation. The vehicle was pretty well maintained, very rare when it comes to 2-wheeler rental. The staff was very supportive and well behaved. Good job guys!

Booked a scooter at Hyderabad a couple of weeks back, the vehicle was in good condition. The station executive was also polite and professional, he did explain the process to me and also guided me in various aspects of the booking. I feel that the minimum fuel, is why I am giving 4 star as I had to travel to a petrol station to fill up fuel just after I picked up the bike.

I am not satisfied with the bike i have hired. Bike was in a very bad condition. No major part of the bike was there which was working fine. 1. Clutch was faulty. 2. Gears were not working properly. 3. Battery was exhausted so self was not working properly. 4. Back type chain excel was weared out. Chain was not griping properly. hence, it was producing too many much of sound. 5. Also i received bike from a different station which is electronic city. My booking was at 10 am and i got the bike at 12. Moreover, the guy who was dealing with returning procedure was not behaving properly. He was very rude. They were creating a lot of problems in taking vehicle back. Then they have called their area manager "Sameer". I made him understand the issues. He was educated guy and understood the problems. After discussion with their boss, the guyz allowed us to leave. Just one suggestion, you should have more guys like sameer not like those two guyz who were dealing at koramangala station. I am highly disappointed and will never going to book bike again from ONNBikes. Varun
