Horrible service. Given Panasonic smart tv for display problem. Within two months of repair same problem recurs. Sent tv back for repair under warranty. After umpteen calls ,& 13 days later receive tv with same display problem.

They put a new backlight in my Toshiba 55inch Led tv and gave a 6 months warranty. Now in 1 and a half month they have stopped receiving my calls and the other 2 people say that they have left the company. I'm left with no option here. I've been trying to contact Shiva since the past 10 days.
