I have joined in December -16 and reduced 13 kg weight from 90 kg to 77 kg.excellent gym.

Worse gym till now I have come across..from the manager to trainers are utterly rude..none of the ac work,,it's a punishment working out here..anyone willing to work out with dedication would leave it

Its my fires experience of gym and its worst. they said scheme of 3 month rs 5000 with personal trainer and guarantee of weight loss and diet chart but i didn't get any advantage of paying extra money for my health and they are not providing any extra thing or extra attention. i am not sure about its all branch but my worst experience is from maninager branch

Good gym with proper equipments and reasonable prices...Latest equipements coupled with technical training and cordial staff makes it different from others...Recommended to all friends....

For the Price they charge, the Gym is good for following reasons:Pretty Well equipped with the machinesThe feel to workout more and betterThe Trainer- Kuldeep- is friendly, helpful and knowledgeableTimings are good, Whenever you find time, Go and sweat it out.Well Lit, and well ventilated.
