Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

These people are full of negativity and careless I lost 2 clothes cost of 3500.after read same kind of experice i understand may be these people are extreamly fraud.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

Very bad & pathetic service. I gave them 1 salwar kameez with dupatta for dry clean but instead of dry-cleaning they did laundry wash because of which the whole outfit is ruined now. Instead of accepting their mistake they are saying that we gave them this outfit as it is now they can't rectify it. Almost after a month they deliver the outfit as attached in pic. So, so much of arguments she accepted her(Khushi) mistake & we sent it back to rectify it. Staff name Khushi is so unprofessional. She doesn't know how to talk to the customer and how to provide customer service. She never picks up the call at once, instead of picking up the call she revert on whatsapp and that too she does after sending so many messages and calls. Also, on revert she's doing false commitments. We gave them the outfit on 12th of october and till date we haven't received the outfit. The do not justify with the whole service as they say. They just provide their best service at first & not the second time.
