They have cheated us by providing us an old Hard disk which has now crashed. They had charged us Rs.5000/- for that. Mr. Karunakar who is the contact person says he has left the job and is not picking our calls or responding. Says he does not know who the owner is.

My desktop computer was not working properly due to some minor issue, so I have contacted this service center. They came to my home and done the work completely within 20 minutes. They charged me Rs.900 for this work. Now it is working fine. I am Satisfied and happy with their service.

Approached this folks to service my desktop as there was power problem, blade problem and OS problem with it. They serviced it and rectified it perfectly, But after installing the new OS some applications are not responding properly. I paid them Rs.1900 for the service. Overall their service was average.

During initial call no charges were mentioned despite asking. When technician came, he quoted Rs.750 as overall charge (10 mins work on checking battery, ram and processro without any part replacement). Thats when i come to know that the service charge os 550 250 visiting charges. I would agree that the service was prompt, but it was way to expensive. I finally paid 550 and cleared the deal.

I have inquired up with VK Technologies for purchasing Lenovo Laptop.They have responded to me really well and I will be most probably purchase it from them.
