priyanka mam and gaurav sir is very good & helpful owner. my experience is very good. food is not available bt all othr facility are very good and fast service.

Very bad owner Gaurav and priyanka also rupesh and vivek are brokers who take money from guys in form of extra deposit or maintenance and do nothing for pg. Deposit return is also very challenging. Near CDAC also they offer services, very less service offered against very high rate. In Aundh they have several flats and most of them have been charged around 1500 to 2000 more than normal.
