Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

They just loot money in the name of bike service. The staff does not know how to talk. These people deliberately harass the customers. If you take your bike for service then these people deliberately damage the part so that you come again the next day and get a new part installed. Then they take money for the part and also charge labour. This has happened to me three time. Every time I have to pay extra money to get a new part installed. And there is no responsible person, the service staff talks in a very rude manner. Getting service done here or purchasing a bike from here is troubling yourself. Please beware of the fraud here.

I have purchased new bike sp125 from here as it goes 4 month whenever i ask for RC they are like giving execuse everytime new excuses even i personally visited 4-5 times the response was same. the process or speed of your application status of bike is very slow process. even they mostly unsatisfied customers.

I have Honda Activa 4G. Service was good, however washing & polishing was pathetic. I have observed that after washing still mud was not removed from various places. Apart from that after polishing I have seen dust patches on my Activa. I have remind twice for the same, however they are just doing the formality only. I was really upset by this type of service by Pioneer One Honda.

Worst ever scooter service. Seems like Honda don't care of customer voice, otherwise this kind of service center will be shut down.
