I am so glad to be initiated into yoga under PRAGYALIVING's mentoring. They understands person's requirements and teaches accordingly. Focus on clean posture and relaxation of mind during practice are their additional skill set. Their classes are a true blend for body , mind and soul. Highly Recommended.

PRAGYALIVING is a holistic health management and wellness centre. The trainers at PRAGYALIVING are knowledgeable and courteous . They give indepth scientific knowledge of Yoga and Meditation. I also took sound healing sessions from them and my life has drastically changed after that.
