So it's been over a year now, and I still love. They have an amazing trainer and really keeps me motivated to work out and eat right (just ask him for his greek chicken recipe... it's amazing!

very good atmosphere for daily and regular exercise for body and health and they fix very reasonable cost for the customers and the way of teaching to build up our body seems really useful for the young and energetic people...........and it is highly recommendable one.........

I went to pulse for reducing my excess weight...where i was given counselling and was asked to tred mill for 20 min......and got better result out of that

It is in saidapet my hubby is a regular member.He have a membership card too .the equipment which they using is well maintained.the trainer also too good in training the members.

Pulse gym helps us to stay fit and healthy always. It keeps our mind peacefully and makes our body and mind healthy. Its a nice place which makes us happy both physically and mentally.
