Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Hi everyone, I strongly advise against enrolling in any course from this institute. I paid ?46,000 for the SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Certification, but the experience has been nothing short of a scam. Despite repeated follow-ups over the past two months, there has been no proper response or support from the staff—only arrogant staff Mr. Yash who is Admin and Ms. Kanika who is training coordinator are making empty promises and false commitments. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and frustration. As a paying customer, I expected clear communication, transparency, and proper guidance throughout the process, none of which were delivered. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—look elsewhere for genuine training and certification.

Incomplete and Disappointing Service

One of the worst institute. Guys please don't prefer this institution it will simply waste of time and money. Their is no placement gurentee. Once the course get over they won't pick up the call.I had completed my course in the month of September till now am unplaced . It's better to do that course online from YouTube / udemy .And server you can get outside. And this institution provides invalid certificate which had no value .

I have joined a SAP FICO from SAP training Academy institute and i am very happy to say that I am getting returns beyond my expectations. my mentor Mr. Shahnawaz he helped me a lot while pursing this course,the course was conducted satisfactorily, because they provide me 3 level of training,the trainer has good knowledge of the concepts and practical issues , which were explained well during the classes. Thanks to the Trainer and SAP training institute.
