Don't prefer the electronic products in Reliance Digital especially which is in Ambattur branch. They doing demo with good quality and selling the DEFICIT PRODUCT. Comes to sales team, NO KNOWLEDGE at all with the product. Regards with price, they increase the price day wise thought the product cost doesn't change in brand. Really had a worst experience in Ambattur Reliance Digital

Purchase New AC

Have a plan to purchase Used AC after that I changed my plan to buy a new one. So I Approached this Reliance Digital Ambattur, Chennai for AC purchase. Preferably I have chosen Haier split AC with 12years warranty Which was cost 34900. Their response was ok but I'm not satisfied with their service. Because they told that they send the stand with AC but they did not send it. After asking they send it some other day that is also a damaged one. After purchase, they did not do what they promised before purchase. For installation, I paid 1000. Totally 35900 was paid. Overall I'm not happy with their service provided.

Median service was received from this Reliance Digital Ambattur, Chennai. For data recovery to my Lenovo laptop, I approached this dealer. Their response was good but they only do the OS recovery for that I paid 500 for the service other than some more software backup they did not do because they quoted another amount for that so I refused it. Hence I felt it was an average service.
