Purchased new Refrigerator from this service centre, The shop service was customer friendly and they had a varied collection of Refrigerator brands with them and they were cooperative with the customer's responsibility. The cost of the Refrigerator was reasonable. So overall I got the good service.

Worst electronics and home appliances showroom. The whole staff in the store is a team of liars and they are perfectly trained in making excuses and false promises to customers. They will talk nicely when you go to purchase things but after getting the money, no one bothers about the delivery and installation. I made around 200-300 calls to them for delivering my fridge and they kept telling stories regarding the delivery. You get different replies when you talk to different people from the store. Finally the fridge was delivered in a bubble wrap (wasn't even packed properly in a carton) and only one person came for delivering it and finally we had to help him in taking the fridge out of the trolley and getting it upstairs. When the fridge was opened, it had multiple dents on the front and sides of the door and now they are refusing to refund the amount and asking us to take the refurbished fridge (after replacement of door). Worst store, worst staff, worst customer service.

At Reliance,I procured the Panasonic LCD TV which is 32'inches,the cost of the TV was Rs53000,the service was good and I am satisfied with the service at the shop

I purchased Sony Cyber Shot Digital SLR camera at Reliance Digital. It was a fine service i received from them and the cost is Rs22000

Lenovo black laptop has been obtained by me at Reliance Digital,they gave discount in its cost and I paid around Rs40000,the service was good,they have delivered the laptop on the same day and in addition to that , I got a laptop bag.
