Worst Experience Very Unprofessional People. No Manners how to Talk

I hired a 2X2 AC Bus for Delhi to Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) on behalf of some of my relative. The deal was finalised for a neat and clean Bus with water bottles by Rishi & Suggu Travels. They provided Photos of some buses also owing to them. However, they provided Bus hired by some other agency without any conductor/ helper etc. Even essential tools/ keys of the luggage Box was not available with the Driver. No water Bottle was provided. Even it was not cleaned before deputing for duty. When my objection was conveyed to the owner by the Driver, He casually replied "manage kar lo". The only good thing was that he did not provided an ordinary Bus instead of 2X2 AC Bus. P N Murao Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi
