Very bad experience, they talk very sweetly before installation, but post installation they don't respond. There terms and conditions applicable only to collect amount not to provide quality of service to customers.. They don't know how to enable audio is Hikvision camera but they recommend customers to install the same... From day one since installation of Hikvision camera there technician could not configure... They don't respond at all even after trying multiple times... They explain there terms and conditions for payment 80% before installation and 20 % after installation, immediately after installation they expect amount to be transferred, but while providing services it's reverse.... We cannot expect professionalism and commitment with RK security installation Banashankari 3rd stage...
