Pathetic Service by Bunch of Highly Unprofessional Staff. It seems like they have been trained just to trouble their customers. I booked a stealth black RE & got my delivery on 5th November'18 (Dhanteras) and as per the sales executive Shardul Patil we were suppose to get the Number & registration document by or before 12th November'18. Today Its almost 20 days from the committed date and there is no update from these people. They are not even bothered to respond to your call, your messages also they dont care to call you back. Since then we are chasing Shardul patil like anything & he never respond & If I call on the estore landline number & if I am lucky enough to get him on call he don't have any update & closes the close by saying me I will check & update you shortly & that shortly never comes, again I have to start chasing him to just to listen I will check & call you back.BOSS we have paid 2.5L not to chase you for something which is your responsibility towards the customer.
