Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I availed their services 4 months ago with a guarantee of insect free home for next 6 months. Since then, I have asked them to do the pest control again because there were a lot of cockroaches again in my home. Tried calling them many times but they are not sending anyone for doing the pest control again. They have also blocked my number and I am unable to call them again.
