In 2015, Royal Thermoforming came into existence and it is all thanks to Mr. Aslam Khan, a successful entrepreneur. Before setting out on this entrepreneurial journey, he used to be a merchant navy officer for six years, thereby receiving training for navigation. It was important for him to use his mind and body while he was going through the training. This included physical strength, as well as brain power, which showed him how to sail the ship.. Our company began functioning with only 4 employees and one machine. Nowadays, more than 80 employees and 1 machines are part of it. From producing 10 000 pieces a day, we have come to produce 1 million pieces daily. In the beginning, we were working with pharmaceutical companies in India, and we have produced more than 450 items for them, as per the requirement of their R&D department. Soon after that, we started expanding and working with cosmetics, food packaging, electronic parts packaging and other industry segments. We now develop and design different types of plastics, such as HIPS, PET, PVC and PP thermo/vacuum formed articles. Our always-available facilities and our strict production schedule enable us to deliver any amount of products within the desired time period. We also make sure to successfully repackage products that are already available, since thermoformed packaging can be competitive in cost terms with materials like chipboard.
