This is a fraud they took my money and ran away. They abused my husband with bad words for asking our money back

A bunch of thoroughly incompetent and inefficient crooks. They will damage your products,and charge a bomb for it. They are clueless,dishonest, and if you hire their services,get ready to pay through your nose and then get someone else to fix what they have 'repaired'. Please be warned in advance,and deal with them at the risk of your precious appliances. They are cheats of the highest order.

our Samsung window AC was badly affected and posed major problem. S.B. Cool gave timely services and cost us 4500Rs for filling the gas and cleaning the AC. Overall bill was 4500Rs

Good service from S.B. Cool Direct, we contacted them to rectify the problem in our AC. There was gas leakage problem in our Split AC, they rectified the problem with the charge of Rs.2,400 and are satisfied.
