Had my machine fixed in 2 days time, but i called again after 5 days to fix another machine. He said he would come next day, i waited and called him again since he did not come. He said he would come next day again, i waited but again didn't turn up. So i finally told him to come whenever he was free. So when he called i told him i would be waiting for him, he said he would reach soon, but i waited for 2 more hours but since he did not turn up, i asked him where he was, he said he was next to my house. Then i dont know what happened, he never turned up! If he was next to my house what happened to him? He did not call again after that. I waited for one week and this fellow was telling me lies every time i called. This was very unprofessional, why didnt he tell me straight that he could not come I could have called someone else! Wasted my time! Rating 1 out of 10

Magnificent service got through this S.K. Cafe Brooke Hots Pvt. Ltd., Badarpur. Taken Vending machine rentals services from them. The condition of the machine was marvelous. Their response and service were splendid. they charged me the nominal amount for that machine, Overall, It was an excellent service.

There was a minor problem in my Coffee and Tea vending machine. The cost which this people quoted me for this servicing was around Rs.750. The work was completed within a day but again and again i am getting a same problem in my vending machine. Very poor services provided by this dealers.

From Cafe Brooke I got serviced our vending machine.The people from there came forward and did the job soon and I am happy with their services also they charged a very less amount only.
