Engaged S.V. Power Tech Systems, Indira Nagar dealer for purchasing two numbers of new UPS. They explained all the features and its usage. The UPS cost was they collected 7200. And they have given one year warranty for the UPS. These people provided good customer service. the ups capacity was one is 600KVA, and one more is 700KVA. I am really happy to purchase here.

Prompt sale, pathetic after sales service.<br/>I bought a APC inverter + Exide battery from SV Powertech,, the auth. dealer for APC inverters, in March 2016. A month later the inverter faulted, calling SV Powertech, they said that they won't provide any technician to check for fault as it's only 1 month of installation & i need to call APC directly. So the authorized dealer washes off its hand in servicing. In Oct'16 i called up SV Powertech again to check the battery water level - 11 days, 3 SMSes, 7 calls later no one turns up. Excuse - Dussehra holidays & staff is away. They could inform a customer that a technician would come 10 days later as they are busy, but they reserve these excuses for last minute.
