Hi this is sumit singh i am felling seed to hear that your product not working properly you can replace,repair your product like power adapter,battery etc from service center if its in under warranty and no need to carry any paper manufacture seal sticker date also mention on the product on the behalf of the sticker service center will replace,repair your product without any cost if service center will not change you can contact to sai computer care we will help you we are always ready to serve the customer.
