Be careful while taking the services of Sai. We had a very bad experience, as the false PVC roofing done 03 months back only, collapsed over our head and we had a narrow escape. Damaged ceiling pics were shared with Sai, who promised to repair it but other than wasting my time, nothing was done and no one ever visited to see it. The work is being done by another guy, who pointed out multiple quality issues, like no cross supports, ends openings not sealed, cracked sheets used etc. His work on terrace roofing, done by the previous owner has also been very poor. All the gutters had to be replaced within a month of installation and the water proofing had to be done again, as there were leaks from many places. The previous owner also regrets hiring Sai.
