Very bad experience from one of there cook, their cook lack basic knowledge, once provision received they will not make leafy vegetables first, they will keep in veg room for many days and then they will throw it. Same they will do with prawns, basa, promfret, and will throw along with garbage. This we come to know from there GS only. Only he will make is Surmai, because it has less effort of cutting into pieces. Very lazy person. Once in interrogation we inquired then he told less provision coming, which means he is blaming SKF services which is very wrong. Today checked fridge room found 10 kg of promfret, SKF is giving more provision.SKF gives menu, which is not followed here, such cook are spoiling reputation of SKF, but I expect SKS should atleast train them to make fresh one once received,prawns once made was stinking very badly,they lack knowledge of hygiene, we took photos of provision found all items supplied in abundant,such cook are lazy spoiling SKF name.
