This Said Sony service centre is a cheat ,they took 15000 from me to repair my Sony Bravia TV and its not worked for one week. They have lied about changing the power board and when i showed kr to authorised Sony service centre they said these guys have cheated you and the power board does not cost so much plus they have not changed it ,its a thug ,their owner Vijay Kumar kept promisimg that he will get it corrected but now does not respond - pls avoid this service centre they are cheats

CHOR party. Always beware. I have get repaired my IFB Washing Machine from this service centre. They changed Drum & Tub and charged Rs. 8900/- with 12 months warrantee. But after five months, the same problem arise. I have contacted several times (i think 100 times), but they did not respond. The drum & tub, changed by M/s. Sai was also old & used one. Thereafter I have get changed from authorised service centre of IFB. They again changed Drum & Tub and charged Rs. 8850/- from me.

Felt cheated with the services. I was told my microwave needs a change of motor and hence I agreed to do so and within days my microwave was again not functioning. Turns out to be I was fooled and the motor was never to be replaced

Microwave oven repair & service was taken under Sai Service Center.They approached and serviced it.charges were 1800.After some days again I got some problem so he came and rectified it again.So I feel It was an average service.

Useless people. Unskilled group of boys run around claiming that they can repair. Their customer service centre isn't pathetic. Beware of these people. Paid ? 2200 for my washing machine repair yesterday only. It's still not working. The technician Meraj Khan is not reachable now, neither their customer service centre Ian picking up the phone. I paid to some Mohan Parmar on 9930301002, through Paytm. Please stay away from this agency. It will give you lot of mental stress.

They are simply fraud. They charge you some exorbitant price giving warranty for a year and then vanish. They did same when I called them for repair of refrigerator. They charged ?4500/-, which never worked and they don't care now. I have following up daily for past 45 days, but all fake promises and waste of time. I suggest be careful before calling such a useless agency
