1. First of all he (Valiyullah) is not an engineer, he just completed diploma and worked as supervisor.<br/>2. There is no use of putting construction agreement with him, he wont get money based on that. We will end up to pay more amount than the quotation. <br/>3. Uses cheap materials and inexperienced workers for low wages. They will spoil our house. Even concrete ceiling will leak.<br/>4. Always giving bluffing statement, and next week he will tell different statement since he would forgot what he was told last week and says "I never said like that". He never speak truth.<br/>5. He has bought so many asserts (movable and immovable) by getting extra money from us by stopping our work. And will say so many stories.<br/>6. At last don't look for the cheap contracts, even if we pay 100 or 200 rupees extra per sq. ft. no problem always look for better contractor. Instead of loosing our health and money. He is a fraud, cheat and whatever words are there for this kind of people.<br/>7. I have commented only 20% information about his character and tactics. Building home is every mans dream, but unfortunately i have ended up with wrong guy. My dream has become worst nightmare. We lost our sleep, health, house and money because of given the construction contract to him. For more than 2 years he is constructing the building even though we have payed 30% extra amount than the construction agreement. Later we came to know that, many customers was cheated by him.
