Fraud! They do not pick up your calls after you pay money. They also block your number. They do not have a office and they have different addresses on google and Justdial and here on sulekha. I did not get my jio wifi modem. They blocked my number and all other numbers from which I was calling. Once they mistakenly picked up my call, Then they gave me a fake number to contact and then they blocked my number. Never pay them. I lost ?4500.
