• Installations & configuration of Operating Systems (Windows 98, Windows XP, & Windows Vista, Windows 2003 enterprise server ,Windows 7) • Troubleshooting of Network. • Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems. • Installation of software’s. • Installation printers & troubleshooting printer related issue. • User Management: Creation of user accounts, modifying user properties, assigning rights to users. • Office applications, Anti-virus, Firewall, SPAM restriction tools implementation. • Setting up Internet and email accounts. • Responsible for inventory management as per procedures. • Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate hardware. • Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements, analyzing and recording test data. • Troubleshooting LAN and WAN problems • Installations & configuration of Applications, s/w (MS-Office, MS-Outlook, Adobe, Cisco vpn client, Antivirus) • MS Communicator and Lync. • Disk Management, partitions • User Profiles Backup and Restore.
