DO NOT BUY THIS BROADBAND SERVICES. I am an existing customer for more than a year now and facing BUFFERING ISSUES for last 4 MONTHS but the same is NOT YET RESOLVED. When you call there customer services they will agreed that issue exist but will not provide resolutions. You will get STUCK IN LOOP of calling there head office and local office like government offices. Further, if they proposed to take there router, do not take it. Its a SCAM were they will take around 3000 RUPEES from you on the name of deposit but when you requested for discontinuation of services, they will DENY THE REFUND and you will be STUCK WITH CRAPPY ROUTER.
