In my job, moving is an integral part of life. I got my luggage transferred by Mr. Pawan Goyal from Seacon and I am extremely disappointed. The stuff arrived on time and in shape, bt my vehicle was a different story. Callously packed and scratched. The worse part was they had packed someone else's beat up old helmet instead of mine. So a helmet worth Rs1500 was replaced by one worth Rs200. On asking why had this so happened, Mr Goyal said - "Sir... Apko helmet mila na ? Kaunsa ka kya ? Helmet to helmet hai" .<br/>Having given him no less than a hundred phone calls he has yet to locate and send back my helmet to me. A truly regrettable and forgettable experience. My sincere suggestion not to send anything or entrust anything to these transporters.
