And neither offer letter is given in this company nor any employment contract. This company is full of illiterate staff, who do not see any educational qualification, just like that they are made operational managers or branch managers. In this company you will be forced to forge signatures on forged documents and if you refuse, you will be subjected to lewd comments or you will come under their target. In this company.. stupid/toxic/narcissistic employees put all their strength/effort to harass a capable employee.
