Dear all OTT members, this is to inform you that recently I had a group tour to nainital on 30 july of 56 pax and I taken a 49 seater 2/2 push back bus from sehgal travels delhi .before arrival he took 30000 advance and after arrival took 50000 as per our condition. But the bus reach at 12 noon instead of 10 am.then bus ac wasnt running so when I called the owner to inform about ac the owner didnt pick my phone.later driver informed him and told about the condition then he was adviced to go to garadge .at garadge the vehicle was repaired by 8:30 pm .so here everyone must know the condition of a travel agent by the customer. That was also happen by the guest.So we reach at nainital morning 6 am where we had to reach there by 8 pm previous day .in between when I ask the owner to change the vehicle or cancel the vehicle ,I had listen wrost line from the owner.also I share this .as I had given the full amount so I was harassed and i loss about 1lakh 35 thousand.at the time of booking he told me many name of our odisha travel agent who booked transport from him .so be careful for this transporter.

would have given 0 stars. the owner is very rude. sent 9 seater instead of 12 seater. then threatened to cancel the 9 seater without notice. and all this after I booked through a reference. imagine what would happen if you book just from google!!
