Excellent Service

Kiran patil is fraud. He charged me too high and used cheap product and is not responding to the calls. He works for urban clap. While on conference call with urban clap and Kiran Patil he becomes snail.

Nice work done by service guru. My fridge was not getting cold at all. Repairs it in reasonable cost

Very bad experience. He does not respond to phone calls. He is taken Rs. 3000 for also for AC repair but it still not working.

I have contacted Service Guru for my TV problem and had a really bad experience, even after 3 months they are unable to resolve the problem with my TV and finally I ended up scrapping off my old TV and purchasing a new one even after spending lot of money the issue is not resolved.<br/>They simply replace the TV parts and are inefficient to repair them- instead they choose easy option to replace the faulty part which costs more to the customer. Even when one part was replaced in my TV-the problems then started occurring with other parts of the TV and still the same problem existed.<br/>When called these people just promise to assist and then hang on their phones and never respond. <br/>When I followed up with those guys they simply said that their engineer (whose name is Santosh- and note that they dont have any other person who know the technicalities) will come to assist as soon as possible and this guy never responds on mobile and he never turned up as well to check the problem.pathetic service

KKiran Gaikwad is fraud and thief. He is taken Rs. 5000/- and our TV chip for past 30 days. He does not respond to phone calls. Beware of this person And Service Guru -- they are Scamsters. &nbsp
